Can I return products?

Not fully satisfied with your order? We're sorry to hear that! You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The products must be unused and in their original condition.
  • The items should be undamaged.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging.


For the return of your package, a fixed cost of €10 will be taken into account, unless the return concerns an incorrect delivery. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: for some products we use reactive glaze. Slight variations in color and finish are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.

What will be refunded?

BonBistro will refund the returned items within 14 working days after receipt.

This refund will include the total amount you paid for your purchase. The fixed return fee of €10 will be deducted from this amount. 

Transport costs may also be reimbursed depending on the reason for your return:

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our side (e.g. the product does not match the website description, arrived too late, is of poor quality or defective, you received the wrong item, or the package was damaged on arrival), we will reimburse the transport cost.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g. you ordered the wrong product, the item did not meet your expectations, you changed your mind, or chose “Other”), we will not reimburse the transport cost.
  • If you return only part of your order, transport costs will not be reimbursed.

How long does it take before my payment is refunded?

BonBistro will refund the returned items within 14 working days after receipt.

The amount will be refunded to the account with which the order was placed. It is not possible to modify this account.  
If the initial payment was made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), the refunded amount will only be available on your next (monthly) credit card statement.

Is return always possible, under all circumstances?

You can return items from your order within 14 days of receiving them. Within this period, you must notify BonBistro if you wish to cancel the purchase agreement. Once you've informed us of the cancellation, you’ll have another 14 days to return the products in their original condition and packaging.

BonBistro reserves the right to deduct from the refund if returned items are damaged, missing original packaging or labels, or not in resellable condition. This also applies to products purchased during promotions or with a discount.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, size, or color, we kindly ask you to return the original product (according to our return policy) and place a new order through our webshop.

This way, we can process your return and refund as quickly as possible, while you receive the correct item without delay.
