What is the delivery time?
We always aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Typically, your order will be processed on the next working day after it's placed.
Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within approximately 3 to 7 business days from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation.
Please note that deliveries to international (export) destinations may take longer due to customs processing and additional transit times.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please use this to track the status of your delivery. You can check the current location and estimated delivery date through the shipping carrier's website. Sometimes, parcels may be delivered to a nearby address or a neighbor if you're not home at the time of delivery. It's also worth checking with anyone in your household who might have received the package on your behalf.
If you weren't home when the package was delivered, the carrier may attempt delivery again or leave instructions for how to collect your package. Check for any delivery notices or follow-up emails.
