Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to make sure you receive your items as soon as possible. This means that once your order has been placed, we can't change anything.

If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll check if adjustments are still possible.

All payments take place within a secure payment environment. We use mollie.com, an online payment system that makes paying easier and more flexible.

Can I use a discount code or giftcard?

If you received a discount code or gift card that is valid in our webshop, you can use it to pay for your order. Simply enter the code or gift card details on the checkout page.

Only one discount code or gift card can be used per order. Multiple codes or gift cards cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions.

My discount code isn’t working – help!

There are a few reasons your discount code might not be working:

Check the validity: Make sure the code is still valid and hasn’t expired. Some codes are time-sensitive or have specific conditions.
One code per order: Remember, only one discount code or gift card can be used per order. If you’re trying to apply multiple codes or combine them with a gift card, unfortunately, that won’t work.

I have lost my invoice. Is it possible to receive a copy?

Absolutely! Just send us an email with your order number and/or your address details so we can find it in our system. We’ll send you a copy of your invoice as soon as possible.

Yes, all mentioned prices are VAT included.
